Médecin DIM

Nous recrutons un Médecin pour le Département d’Information Médicale (DIM) d'un établissement partenaire. Le poste est à temps plein, avec des possibilités d’exercice sur plusieurs sites et l’octroi d’une prime d’exercice territorial. Les missions principales incluent l’organisation de la production et de l’exploitation des données PMSI MCO et SSR, l’organisation du codage, et l’amélioration de la qualité de l’information médicale. Le rôle implique également de traiter, analyser, et envoyer mensuellement des données PMSI, ainsi que de contribuer au développement du système d’information administratif et clinique. Exigences : - Docteur en médecine inscrit à l’ordre des médecins. - Diplôme en Information Médicale ou DES de Santé Publique. - Une expérience en service est préférable. Qualités requises : - Capacité de communication et pédagogie. - Sens de l'écoute et discrétion. - Travail en équipe. - Organisation et esprit de synthèse.
