**Résumé de l'offre d'emploi :** Notre établissement partenaire recherche un(e) Kinésithérapeute pour un contrat de 3 mois à temps plein, avec possibilité d’embauche en CDI et valorisation de l’expérience professionnelle. **Missions principales :** - Élaborer des diagnostics kinésithérapiques et des objectifs de soins. - Réaliser des actes et techniques de rééducation, incluant conseil, éducation, prévention et dépistage. - Intervenir dans toutes les unités d'hospitalisation en collaboration étroite avec les équipes médicales, notamment pour des soins somatiques chez des patients présentant des troubles psychiatriques. **Activités :** - Diagnostic et intervention en kinésithérapie. - Organisation et gestion des soins et des ressources. - Information, formation de nouveaux personnels et stagiaires. - Participation à des études et à la veille professionnelle. **Profil recherché :** - Diplôme d'Etat de Masseur Kinésithérapeute requis. - Savoir-faire en gestion de projets de soins, conseils, formation et coordination.
