### Offre d'Emploi Confidentielle : Infirmier(ère) Puériculteur(trice) en Service des Urgences **Mission principale** : - Organiser la prise en charge d'enfants de 0 à 15 ans selon les impératifs médicaux. **Activités principales** : - Recueillir les informations sur l'environnement de vie et l'état de santé de l'enfant. - Informer sur les soins, la durée d'hospitalisation et le fonctionnement du service. - Surveiller l'évolution et repérer des situations à risque ; informer les parents et l'équipe soignante. - Accompagner l'apprentissage des gestes quotidiens et des règles de vie. - Éducation à la santé auprès des parents et professionnels de la petite enfance. - Collaboration avec les intervenants et tenue des documents médico-administratifs. **Compétences requises** : - Psychologie et développement de l'enfant. - Communication, gestion du stress, règles d'hygiène, HACCP. - Soins infantiles, chirurgie, néonatologie, réanimation, prélèvements biologiques.
