Notre établissement partenaire, un centre hospitalier de proximité dans la région du Cher, recherche un AIDE-OPERATOIRE H/F à temps plein. Ce poste est essentiel pour assurer le bon déroulement des interventions chirurgicales en garantissant le respect des règles d’hygiène et de sécurité. L’aide-opératoire veille à la sécurité des patients avant, pendant et après les interventions, assure leur transfert en salle de réveil en conditions optimales et fait respecter les protocoles de stérilisation. Disponible 24h/24, il travaille en étroite collaboration avec une équipe de garde opératoire dédiée. **Conditions** : - Contrat CDD avec possibilité de titularisation ou mutation - Horaires : 07h30-19h30 (effectif) et 19h30-07h30 (astreinte), 2 astreintes par semaine + 1 week-end par mois - Diplômes requis : Diplôme d’Etat d’Infirmier(e), IBODE ou en processus VAE IBODE - Salaire : selon grille de la Fonction Publique Hospitalière, incluant astreintes et reprise d'ancienneté Pour postuler, les candidatures doivent être adressées à Mediirect.
