Infirmier(ière) anesthésiste - IADE

Nous recrutons pour un établissement hospitalier partenaire un Infirmier Anesthésiste Diplômé d'État (IADE). Le poste propose la réalisation de soins infirmiers d'anesthésie et/ou de réanimation, en collaboration avec les équipes chirurgicales, pour les interventions, la gestion de la douleur, les urgences et la réanimation. Le IADE sera amené à travailler sur différents sites d'anesthésie, en salle de surveillance post-interventionnelle, ainsi qu'aux urgences intra et extrahospitalières et lors de transports spécifiques (SMUR – TIIH). Les missions incluent le contrôle et le suivi de la qualité et de la sécurité des activités, la formation de nouveaux personnels, l'information et l'accompagnement des patients, ainsi que la participation à des opérations de prévention des risques. Le IADE devra également assurer la préparation et l'organisation du matériel anesthésique et la rédaction de dossiers patients. Horaires : Variables en fonction des nécessités de service, avec des rotations jour/nuit en 12h, et des horaires adaptés lors de la médicalisation préventive d'événements.
