Le Laboratoire d'Hématologie d'un établissement hospitalier de référence recherche un praticien hospitalier en hématologie cellulaire pour superviser son secteur de cytométrie en flux. Le candidat idéal doit posséder un DES de biologie médicale (médecin ou pharmacien) avec, de préférence, une expérience en cytométrie et/ou cytologie, bien que les débutants soient considérés. Le poste assure une évolution potentielle vers une titularisation ou un profil universitaire, en fonction de l'expérience du candidat. Les responsabilités incluent la validation biologique d'examens, la gestion quotidienne du secteur, le développement de nouvelles techniques, ainsi que la participation à la démarche d'accréditation, à la formation, et aux protocoles de recherche biologique.
