Titre : Médecin Gériatrique – Réadaptation Gériatrique – SSR Lieu : Pays de la Loire (72) – Le Mans et Parigné l’Évêque Structure : Établissement SMR associatif (convention FEHAP) Missions et responsabilités : *Assurer le suivi médical des patients âgés en service de réadaptation gériatrique *Participer aux consultations spécialisées et à la coordination des soins avec l’équipe pluridisciplinaire *Mettre en œuvre des projets de soins individualisés centrés sur la personne âgée *Contribuer à la démarche qualité et aux projets innovants (télémédecine, médiation animale…) *Participer à la permanence des soins au sein d’une équipe de 10 médecins *Travailler dans un service SSR polyvalent (locomoteur, neurologie, nutrition, soins palliatifs, etc.) Profil recherché : *Médecin Gériatre ou Médecin Généraliste avec appétence pour la gériatrie *Inscrit(e) ou inscriptible au Conseil National de l’Ordre des Médecins en France *Sens du travail en équipe, écoute, rigueur et bienveillance indispensables *Intérêt pour l’innovation en santé et la prise en charge globale de la personne âgée Ce que nous offrons : *CDI temps plein ou partiel selon vos disponibilités *18 RTT/an pour un temps plein *Aide au logement possible *Restaurant d’entreprise à tarif attractif *Avantages CSE (chèques vacances, billetterie, voyages…) *Aucun objectif de chiffre d’affaires imposé *Équipement moderne et environnement reconnu pour le bien-être au travail
