Nous recherchons pour un établissement partenaire, un médecin généraliste ou spécialisé en gériatrie pour prendre la responsabilité d'une unité d'EHPAD au sein d'un Pôle de Gériatrie. Le poste est ouvert aux praticiens hospitaliers, contractuels, assistants spécialistes et attachés, à temps plein ou partiel. Compétences requises : - Esprit d'équipe - Compétences en gérontopsychiatrie - Capacité de gestion d'équipe et d'animation de projet - Appétence pour la formation - Connaissances en GIR, Pathos et plans d'accompagnement personnalisés - Adhésion à la méthode Montessori (formation interne possible) Le praticien sera responsable de l'unité EHPAD, participera à l'élaboration du projet médical avec ses collègues et au suivi des objectifs fixés au contrat annuel de pôle. Il intégrera un tour d'astreinte pour assurer la continuité des soins.
