**Annonce de Recrutement Confidentielle : Médecin Gériatre** **Lieu** : Établissement hospitalier de référence dans l'Arc Alpin, région à cadre de vie exceptionnel avec proximité de Lyon, Grenoble et Genève. **Poste** : Médecin gériatre à temps plein ou partiel. **Missions** : - En équipe mobile intra-hospitalière : expertise gériatrique aux urgences, organisation des parcours patients, réflexion sur les plans d'aide pour retour à domicile, hotline de gériatrie. - En équipe mobile extra-hospitalière : prévention des dégradations médicales, conseils thérapeutiques, téléconsultation, limitation du risque d'hospitalisation non programmée. - Participer aux projets et à la continuité des soins du pôle de gériatrie, aux instances intra-hospitalières, et aux réunions avec les partenaires extérieurs. **Profil Recherché** : - Médecin inscrit au Conseil de l'Ordre - DESC ou Capacité de gériatrie - Expérience souhaitée ou projet de formation dans des domaines spécialisés : troubles cognitifs, nutrition, soins palliatifs, etc. **Candidature** : CV et lettre de motivation à adresser par courriel.
