L'établissement offre un plateau technique moderne avec une capacité d'accueil importante. Situé en région Corrèze, il joue un rôle de référent pour la zone et collabore avec d'autres centres experts. Le service est composé d'un praticien hospitalier, un contractuel, un stagiaire, une infirmière spécialisée et un praticien en Nutrition. Les missions incluent la gestion du diabète (de type 1, 2, et secondaires), pathologies endocriniennes, obésité, avec parcours de chirurgie bariatrique, et consultations spécialisées. Le candidat participera également à l'hospitalisation de jour, à la formation en éducation thérapeutique, ainsi qu'à la télé-expertise et aux activités collaboratives avec un CHU régional.
