Titre : Médecin Nutritionniste – Filière Nutrition – SSR Lieu : Pays de la Loire (72) – Le Mans et Parigné l’Évêque Structure : Établissement SMR associatif (convention FEHAP) Missions et responsabilités : *Assurer la prise en charge médicale des patients hospitalisés en nutrition en collaboration avec un autre médecin *Participer aux consultations de pré-admission et de suivi des patients *Gérer les dossiers médicaux informatisés à l’aide du logiciel métier *Contribuer à la permanence des soins via des astreintes partagées *Participer activement aux groupes de travail internes, notamment le CLAN *Collaborer à l’élaboration du projet médical avec la CME *Participer à la démarche qualité de l’établissement *Travailler en lien étroit avec les équipes pluridisciplinaires (diététiciens, APA, IDE, psychologues…) Profil recherché : *Médecin Généraliste inscrit ou inscriptible à l’Ordre des Médecins en France *Formation complémentaire en nutrition (DU de nutrition ou approche G.R.O.S.) appréciée *Sens du travail en équipe, rigueur, engagement envers la qualité des soins *Intérêt pour l’éducation thérapeutique et l’innovation médicale Ce que nous offrons : *CDI temps plein ou partiel selon souhaits *18 RTT/an pour un temps plein *Possibilité de formation continue (G.R.O.S., DU nutrition, ETP…) *Aide à l’hébergement pour praticiens européens *Restaurant d’entreprise à tarif préférentiel *Avantages CSE : chèques vacances, billetterie, offres voyages… *Équipe dynamique, établissement à taille humaine et reconnu pour son accompagnement
