Les principales missions incluent : - Planification, organisation et coordination des soins et des activités du pôle - Contribution à la gestion médico-économique - Déclinaison du projet de soin institutionnel, développement de la démarche qualité en partenariat avec le chef de pôle - Collaboration au pilotage stratégique - Management de l’équipe d’encadrement de proximité - Mise en place d'une politique de communication pour assurer la cohérence organisationnelle et la cohésion des équipes Conditions : Fonctionnaire titulaire requis.
