Le poste, disponible à temps plein ou partiel, concerne l'équipe mobile de gériatrie extrahospitalière. **Missions :** - Soins psychiatriques en EHPAD et à domicile pour patients en situation complexe. - Évaluations diagnostiques, conseils thérapeutiques, prévention des hospitalisations. - Formation et soutien aux professionnels médicaux et paramédicaux. **Qualifications :** - Médecin inscrit au Conseil de l'Ordre en France, spécialisation en psychiatrie générale. - Expérience ou projet de formation en troubles cognitifs et psycho-comportementaux.
