Nous recrutons pour un établissement hospitalier partenaire situé entre Morlaix et Lannion, à proximité de la mer, un pharmacien praticien hospitalier contractuel à 80%. L’établissement dispose de : - 10 lits de médecine - 15 lits de soins de suite et réadaptation - 255 lits d'EHPAD - 30 places de SSIAD - 8 places d'accueil de jour - 1 service de portage de repas à domicile Le candidat devra être titulaire du Diplôme d'Etat de Docteur en Pharmacie ainsi que du Diplôme d’Étude Spécialisée (DES) en Pharmacie hospitalière ou équivalent, et aura pour mission principale d’assurer les fonctions de pharmacien de la pharmacie à usage intérieur. Mission globale : - Dispensation et gestion de médicaments - Approvisionnement et gestion des stocks - Participation aux commissions institutionnelles et projets qualité Les candidatures doivent être adressées à Mediirect.
