Nous recrutons pour un établissement partenaire en Bretagne, sur le bord de mer, un cadre de santé en médecine interne polyvalente et gériatrique. Ce rôle essentiel implique la gestion des soins et des ressources humaines et matérielles, l'animation d'une équipe paramédicale et la participation à divers projets institutionnels. Le candidat participera aussi aux réunions de service et institutionnelles pour l'amélioration continue des soins, et sera responsable de l'intégration et de l'encadrement des nouveaux agents et stagiaires. Un diplôme de Cadre de Santé est requis. Ce poste à temps plein comporte une amplitude de travail variable et 19 jours de RTT annuels. Pour candidater, vous devez être fonctionnaire titulaire.
