### Offre d'Emploi Confidentielle : Préparateur en Pharmacie Hospitalière Un établissement hospitalier situé en Haute-Marne recherche un préparateur en pharmacie hospitalière (H/F) pour rejoindre son équipe au sein de sa pharmacie. Cet établissement fait partie d'un groupe hospitalier régional. #### MISSIONS - **Gestion des Médicaments** : Approvisionnement, préparation, détention et dispensation des médicaments. - **Conseil et Information** : Participation aux missions pharmaceutiques selon le Code de la Santé Publique, dispensation automatisée, reconditionnement et information aux services médicaux. - **Assurance Qualité** : Rédaction de procédures, gestion des stocks, inventaires et participation à la pharmacovigilance. #### COMPÉTENCES REQUISES - **Formation** : BP de préparateur en pharmacie. - **Expérience** : Expérience hospitalière souhaitée. - **Qualités** : Sens de l'organisation, esprit d'initiative, rigueur, professionnalisme, et capacités relationnelles. #### CONTRAT - Type : CDD de 6 mois renouvelable à temps plein. - Horaire : Travail en journée. - Salaire : 2300€ brut/mois, selon la grille indiciaire du grade de PPH. - Expérience souhaitée : Préparateur en pharmacie hospitalière (1 an).
