La Pharmacie d'un établissement hospitalier partenaire recherche activement un pharmacien assistant pour compléter son équipe. L'établissement compte 850 lits et est le support d'un GHT. Profil recherché : - Missions de pharmacien hospitalier : analyse pharmaceutique des prescriptions sous Dx Care (7j/7), validation pharmaceutique en hospitalisation à domicile (HAD). - Encadrement de la dispensation automatisée des médicaments en DJIN avec un autre pharmacien (PDA). - Responsable des essais cliniques hors cancérologie et dispositifs médicaux. - Participation au déploiement de la pharmacie clinique, notamment en hôpital de jour gériatrique et en gériatrie aiguë. - Optimisation de l'approvisionnement. - Participation aux astreintes.
