Pharmacien(ne)

Nous recrutons pour un établissement de santé dynamique et neuf situé à proximité de grandes villes telles que Rennes, Le Mans et Paris. Cet hôpital régional est à la recherche d'un Pharmacien (Praticien Hospitalier, Praticien Contractuel ou Assistant) pour un poste à temps plein ou partiel. Les missions principales incluent la gestion des dispositifs médicaux, la rétrocession des médicaments aux usagers, et des actions de pharmacie clinique. Vous serez également chargé de la stérilisation et de la prise en charge médicamenteuse, avec des permanences organisées en astreinte semaine et week-end. Nous recherchons un professionnel capable d'assurer la sécurité et la traçabilité des médicaments et dispositifs médicaux, de contribuer activement à la qualité des soins et de participer aux programmes d'éducation et d'information tant pour les patients que pour les professionnels de santé.
