**Résumé de l'offre d'emploi :** Nous recrutons pour un établissement partenaire un psychologue du travail (poste à 50%) au sein du Service de Santé au Travail, composé d'un médecin à 50%, d'un secrétaire à 50%, et d'un psychologue à 50%. CDD renouvelable, pouvant évoluer vers un CDI. **Missions principales :** - Prise en charge psychologique individuelle et collective des personnels en souffrance ou difficulté sur leur lieu de travail. - Accompagnement post-traumatique et participation à des groupes de travail pour l'amélioration des conditions de travail. - Co-animation des instances qualité de vie au travail (QVT) et participation au CHSCT. - Évaluation des situations de souffrance mentale et étude des organisations du travail. **Profil recherché :** - Titulaire d'un D.E.S.S. ou MASTER 2 en psychologie sociale et psychologie du travail. - Formation et expérience en prévention des risques psychosociaux souhaitées. - Formation en ergonomie appréciée. - Expérience en milieu hospitalier serait un atout.
