Nous cherchons à pourvoir un poste de médecin coordonnateur au sein d'un établissement partenaire, un EHPAD moderne de 75 lits comprenant une unité protégée de 12 lits et un secteur EHPAD de 63 lits. L'établissement est engagé dans un projet de personnalisation des soins avec une approche inspirée de l'humanitude, Montessori et des méthodes non médicamenteuses. Les outils technologiques incluent un logiciel de soins et des planifications sur tablettes. L'équipe est composée de 4 infirmières, un cadre de soins, un qualiticien, un psychologue, un ergothérapeute et d'autres professionnels. Un projet de construction d'un PASA est en cours.
