Nous recherchons un médecin coordonnateur à temps partiel pour un établissement partenaire. Le médecin devra encadrer l'équipe soignante, organiser la coordination gériatrique, informer le représentant légal de l'établissement des difficultés éventuelles, préparer un rapport annuel d'activité médicale et réaliser des prescriptions médicales en cas de situation d'urgence ou de risques vitaux. Le candidat doit être titulaire d'un diplôme de médecine.
