Nous recrutons pour un établissement partenaire une Assistante de Service Social en CDI à temps plein (37h30 hebdomadaires, du lundi au vendredi). Le poste exige le Diplôme d'Etat d'Assistant de Service Social. Les missions incluent l'évaluation des besoins des patients, l'information et l'orientation, l'accompagnement pour l'accès aux droits, l'organisation de la sortie des patients, la protection des mineurs et des majeurs vulnérables, ainsi que la participation à l'élaboration et au suivi du projet de service. Le professionnel interviendra au sein du pôle d’affectation de l'hôpital, en étroite collaboration avec le cadre de pôle, le chef de pôle, ainsi que les équipes soignantes et administratives. Les candidats doivent faire preuve de disponibilité, d'écoute, de capacité de travail en équipe, maîtriser les outils informatiques, et avoir des qualités telles que la créativité, l'autonomie, et une bonne capacité d'adaptation.
