Nous recrutons pour un établissement partenaire situé dans la Marne (51), un Psychologue (H/F) pour son EHPAD, en contrat titulaire ou contractuel (CDD, CDI) à temps partiel (60%). Le psychologue aura pour missions d’améliorer la qualité de vie des résidents âgés, de promouvoir leur autonomie psychique, d'assister les familles dans le lien avec leurs proches institutionnalisés, et d'aider les équipes soignantes dans la prise en soin personnalisée des résidents. Les compétences requises incluent : observation et analyse, accompagnement préventif et curatif, élaboration de projets personnalisés, transmission de savoirs professionnels, et collaboration avec les partenaires extérieurs.
