Infirmier(ière) anesthésiste - IADE

Nous recrutons un(e) IADE expérimenté(e) pour un établissement partenaire. Sous la supervision du cadre supérieur du pôle URAD, du cadre de santé d'anesthésie, du directeur et coordinateur des soins, le/la candidat(e) travaillera en étroite collaboration avec divers professionnels de santé. Le service d'anesthésie, situé au sein des blocs opératoires, fonctionne 24h/24 avec des horaires variables. Les missions principales incluent la réalisation de soins infirmiers d'anesthésie et de réanimation, la préparation et l'organisation du matériel nécessaire, la gestion du patient avant, pendant et après l'anesthésie, et la coordination avec les autres professionnels. Particularités : alternance jour/nuit, gardes de 12 heures les week-ends et jours fériés ou de nuit, mobilité entre plusieurs sites selon les besoins opératoires. Qualifications requises : diplôme d'État infirmier anesthésiste, compétences en sécurité incendie, AFGSU, hémovigilance, et diverses qualités professionnelles telles que rigueur, initiative, et capacité d'adaptation.
