**Offre d'Emploi Confidentielle - Responsable des Urgences et du SMUR** Nous recrutons pour un établissement partenaire un responsable dédié au bon fonctionnement des urgences et du SMUR. Vos missions incluront : - Organisation de l'accueil médical quotidien et gestion des flux de patients pour optimiser les parcours et l'occupation des salles de soins et de consultations. - Gestion de l'accueil médical et des soins lors de situations exceptionnelles. - Réalisation de soins d'urgence et sorties SMUR. Le service accueille environ 13 700 passages annuels pour les urgences et effectue environ 258 sorties SMUR. Deux lignes de garde H24 sont en place. Ce poste vient en complément d'une équipe composée de six praticiens. Les candidatures doivent être adressées à Mediirect.
