Nous recherchons un Praticien Hospitalier en Médecine Générale ou en Gériatrie pour un poste à temps partiel (80%) dans un établissement partenaire. Le poste sera partagé entre deux sites situés dans la région des Monts du Lyonnais, facilement accessibles depuis Lyon et Saint-Étienne. Vos principales missions incluront la coordination des admissions en EHPAD, le suivi médical des résidents, la participation aux évaluations et projets de service, ainsi que la collaboration avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires. Vous interviendrez également dans la prise en charge de patients en EHPAD. Conditions requises: - Diplôme d’État de Docteur en Médecine ou autorisation d’exercice. - DES de Médecine Générale ou de Gériatrie. - Inscription à l’Ordre des Médecins.
