Nous recrutons pour un établissement partenaire une personne pour l’Unité Mobile d’Accompagnement et de Soins Palliatifs (UMASP). Cette unité accompagne les patients atteints de maladies graves et leurs proches, tant en milieu hospitalier que dans d'autres établissements ou à domicile. L’équipe inclut praticiens, psychologues, infirmiers, assistante sociale, et aide-soignante esthéticienne, et dispense également des formations. Missions principales : prise en charge palliative des patients et leurs proches, évaluation des symptômes et besoins, mise en œuvre de Projets Personnalisés de Soins, participation aux réunions et formations continues. Qualifications requises : diplôme universitaire en soins palliatifs ou en cours, permis B, connaissances en éthique et capacité de coopération interdisciplinaire.
