Assistant(e) social(e)

Nous recrutons pour un établissement partenaire un assistant de service social pour un poste à pourvoir entre fin juin et début juillet. Intégré au sein d'une équipe pluridisciplinaire, le professionnel apportera son expertise complémentaire à celle du médecin et de l'infirmière, tout en étant autonome et en travaillant sous l'autorité de la direction. Les missions incluent l'accompagnement des personnes en difficulté sociale, l'accès aux droits et soins pour les plus fragiles et la coordination pour les sorties. Les compétences requises incluent le travail d'équipe et la maîtrise des outils bureautiques. Le diplôme d'État d'assistant de service social est obligatoire. Le poste est à temps plein (37h30), de 9h à 17h avec 30 minutes de pause déjeuner, en CDD pour un remplacement congés maternité. Candidatures à adresser à Mediirect.
