Sous la supervision du Médecin Référent, vous serez chargé de l'élaboration, mise en œuvre et évaluation du Projet de Service en cohérence avec le Projet Hospitalier. Vous animerez une démarche d'amélioration continue, gérerez et encadrerez l'équipe du CAMSP, accueillerez les familles et coordonnerez les soins, tout en participant aux réunions institutionnelles et en développant des partenariats extérieurs. Vous serez également responsable de la gestion administrative, budgétaire et des ressources humaines. **Compétences Requises** : - Connaissances de la législation médico-sociale. - Compétences en management d'équipe pluridisciplinaire. - Capacité à élaborer et suivre des projets et procédures. **Qualifications** : - Cadre de santé ou CAFERUIS. - Formations en sécurité incendie et encadrement. **Qualités** : - Organisation, adaptabilité, réactivité.
