Le Département de Médecine d'Urgence d'un établissement partenaire recrute des praticiens contractuels pour une activité partagée Urgences/SAMU-SMUR. Le candidat doit avoir un DESC ou équivalent. Le service comprend un SAMU gérant 254 000 appels annuels, avec 2 médecins régulateurs H24, 2 équipes SMUR et un HéliSMUR H24. L'activité des Urgences inclut 52 000 passages annuels et un circuit court pour 30% des patients. Les Urgences comportent aussi une Salle d'Accueil des Urgences Vitales de 5 boxes, un circuit long de 27 places, et un secteur d'urgences psychiatriques. L'équipe: 6 médecins séniors, 6 internes et 6 externes en semaine de 8h30 à 18h30. En garde: 3 séniors jusqu'à 00h30, 2 en nuit, 4 internes et 5 externes de 18h30 à 8h30. Week-ends/fériés: 3 séniors + 1 en UHCD jusqu'à 13h30, 4 internes et 5 externes. Outils: radiographie, scanner, échographie, etc. Le poste offre un temps de travail de 48h hebdomadaires, avec 39h d'activité clinique et 9h non clinique.
