**Résumé de l'Offre d'Emploi** Nous recrutons pour un établissement de santé partenaire un(e) préparateur(trice) en pharmacie pour un poste à temps complet disponible immédiatement. Il s'agit d'un CDD d'un mois pour remplacer une absence pour congés maladie. Le(la) candidat(e) sélectionné(e) travaillera sous la supervision de deux pharmaciens et aura les missions suivantes : - Délivrance de médicaments et préparation de piluliers hebdomadaires pour les unités fonctionnelles - Gestion des stocks : réception des commandes, traçabilité (sérialisation), inventaire - Suivi et validation des éléments de facturation - Participation à la démarche qualité de l’établissement - Respect des règles, procédures de contrôle, modes opératoires et techniques - Utilisation du logiciel MAGH2 Le brevet professionnel de préparateur en pharmacie est exigé.
