**Recrutement : Préparateur / Préparatrice en Pharmacie Hospitalière** Un établissement partenaire recherche un Préparateur en Pharmacie Hospitalière pour un poste en CDI avec une période d'essai de trois mois à compter du 1er septembre. L'établissement dispose de 323 lits EHPAD et de 37 lits SSR. Sous la supervision du Pharmacien responsable de la PUI et en collaboration avec deux autres collègues, les missions incluent : - Participation aux missions de la Pharmacie à Usage Intérieur - Engagement dans les démarches institutionnelles (certification, CREX, Hygiène Hospitalière…) - Référent de certains services de soins - Participation à divers audits Compétences requises : - Maîtrise de Word et Excel - Connaissance des logiciels Médiane et Osiris est un plus - Rigueur, réactivité, esprit d’équipe, disponibilité et autonomie Formation : Diplôme de Préparateur en Pharmacie Hospitalière Expérience : 1ère expérience souhaitée Logiciels utilisés : Excel, Word, Mediane, Osiris Temps de travail : 80 ou 100% Rémunération : Selon la grille des préparateurs en pharmacie Pour postuler, envoyez votre CV et lettre de motivation à Mediirect.
