Nous recherchons un cadre IBODE expérimenté pour un établissement partenaire situé dans le sud de la France, desservant un territoire de santé de plus de 600 000 habitants. Vous jouerez un rôle clé au sein du bloc opératoire, comprenant 10 salles d'intervention, et assurerez l’encadrement d'une équipe de 58 agents. Vos missions incluent l'assurance de la qualité des soins, la gestion prévisionnelle des flux de patients, et la participation active à diverses instances de l’établissement. Compétences organisationnelles et relationnelles, ainsi que la maîtrise des outils informatiques institutionnels, sont requises.
