Nous recrutons un Médecin coordinateur pour un établissement partenaire, avec une possibilité d'évolution vers un poste de PH titulaire. Une compétence en soins palliatifs serait appréciée. Ce poste offre un cadre idéal pour un praticien de médecine générale souhaitant un exercice mixte (libéral et hospitalier). Ce service, couvrant le territoire Tarn nord (Albi-Gaillac et Carmaux) avec 43 places, bénéficiera prochainement de locaux neufs et encourage les projets innovants. L’équipe comprend un médecin coordinateur, une cadre et une infirmière de coordination. Les soins sont majoritairement réalisés par des professionnels hospitaliers, avec des collaborations avec des professionnels libéraux. Le médecin coordinateur pourra prescrire en concertation avec les médecins traitants. L'établissement propose une large gamme de services de soins. L'inscription au conseil de l'ordre en France est obligatoire pour postuler. Les candidatures doivent être adressées à Mediirect.
