Nous recrutons pour un établissement partenaire un cadre de santé au sein du service Montaigne. Le poste concerne un cadre d’unité de soins et d’activités paramédicales, inclus dans le pôle gériatrie regroupant plusieurs hôpitaux. Le service Montaigne dispose de 10 lits de soins palliatifs, de lits pour soins de suite et réadaptation en gériatrie, neurologie, et psychiatrique, ainsi que des places en hôpital de jour. L'équipe pluridisciplinaire comprend environ 80 professionnels. Vous serez responsable de la coordination des soins, de la qualité, de la gestion des ressources humaines, économiques et de la formation continue. Profil recherché : Diplôme de cadre de santé requis, avec compétences en management, éthique, gestion administrative et animation d’équipe. Poste à temps plein, 35h hebdomadaires.
