Rejoignez un établissement partenaire accueillant 383 résidents, dont 60 en unité protégée pour personnes atteintes de la maladie d'Alzheimer, en tant que cadre de santé à temps plein. Vous serez en charge de deux unités et vos principales missions incluront : - La coordination et l'optimisation de l'accompagnement des résidents en collaboration avec le cadre supérieur de santé. - La gestion et l'animation de l'équipe soignante. - La participation à l'accueil des résidents et à leur intégration. - La contribution à la mise en œuvre des projets de vie individualisés. - Servir d'interface entre le cadre supérieur de santé, le médecin coordonnateur, l'équipe soignante, les résidents et leur famille. Une solide connaissance en gérontologie et une expérience en unité Alzheimer sont fortement souhaitées. Poste en CDD/CDI ou mutation, à temps plein.
