Cadre de santé

Nous recherchons un cadre de santé pour un établissement partenaire. Le titulaire du poste sera chargé d'encadrer l'équipe soignante (ASH/AS/AMP/IDE) et d'assurer le bon fonctionnement des services de soins. Il participera également à l'amélioration continue de la prise en charge des résidents et à la mise en œuvre des plans d'actions définis par la convention tripartite. Le candidat idéal devra être titulaire d'un diplôme de cadre de santé, capable de travailler en autonomie, démontrer un esprit d'équipe, posséder une bonne capacité d'adaptation et avoir des connaissances en gérontologie. Le poste est un CDD à temps plein, à pourvoir rapidement. Les débutants sont acceptés. Salaire variable selon expérience et profils. Les candidatures doivent être adressées à Mediirect.
