Nous recrutons pour un établissement partenaire un(e) Infirmier(e) Coordinateur(trice) suite à un départ en formation. Cet EHPAD de 86 lits, incluant une Unité de Vie Protégée de 16 lits, cherche à relocaliser ses unités sur un site unique. Le/la IDEC sera responsable de la qualité et la continuité des soins, en collaboration avec le médecin coordonnateur, et supervisera l'équipe soignante et les intervenants extérieurs. La personne devra élaborer et suivre les projets de soins personnalisés et participer aux instances de l’établissement. CDD de 14 mois, 39 heures/semaine avec 20 jours de RTT. Expérience requise : Diplôme IDE depuis au moins 5 ans. Astreinte toutes les 6 semaines. Rémunération selon grille indiciaire FPH. Pour candidater, contactez Mediirect.
