Nous recherchons un infirmier ou une infirmière coordinatrice pour un établissement partenaire proposant des dispositifs d'EHPAD Hors les Murs et de Relayage. Ces services visent à soutenir le maintien à domicile des personnes âgées et à offrir un répit aux aidants. Le poste est à temps complet, en CDD d'un an renouvelable, basé à Saint Chamas. Un véhicule de service est fourni pour les déplacements nécessaires. Une expérience préalable en coordination est souhaitable. Les candidatures sont à adresser à Mediirect.
