**Offre d'Emploi Confidentielle : Cadre de Santé - Bloc Opératoire et SSPI** Nous recherchons un Cadre de Santé pour assurer la gestion des équipes du bloc opératoire et de la SSPI au sein d'un établissement partenaire. Vous travaillerez principalement sur un secteur opératoire comprenant 8 salles et une SSPI de 11 postes avec 2 postes de pré-anesthésie. **Missions Principales :** - Gestion des équipes paramédicales et des ressources humaines. - Coordination des activités opératoires et per-opératoires. - Encadrement et formation des professionnels. - Participation aux réunions de pôle et à la gestion des matériels biomédicaux. **Compétences Requises :** - Diplomé(e) Cadre de Santé avec Master I, DEIBO, DEIA ou expérience équivalente. - Compétences en communication, rigueur, et capacité d'adaptation. - Maîtrise des outils informatiques du bloc opératoire. **Conditions :** - Temps plein annualisé. - Participation aux astreintes paramédicales selon protocole.
