Un établissement partenaire recrute pour son EHPAD un/une Cadre de santé paramédical ou un/une Infirmier(ère) coordinateur(trice) (IDEC). Poste en CDD de 12 mois à temps plein. **Présentation de l'établissement :** L’établissement propose divers services, incluant des soins de suite et de réadaptation, une unité de soins longue durée, et des consultations avancées. Par ailleurs, il comprend une maison d’accueil familial et un service de soins infirmiers à domicile. **Missions principales :** - Gestion et management d'équipe - Élaboration et gestion des plannings - Gestion des admissions et mouvements des résidents - Coordination des projets de soins individualisés - Participation aux démarches d’amélioration continue de la qualité **Profil recherché :** - Diplôme de cadre de santé paramédical ou formation IDEC - Expérience d’un an en EHPAD souhaitée - Qualités humaines, autonomie, rigueur, sens du travail en équipe Les candidatures peuvent être adressées à Mediirect.
