Nous recrutons pour un centre hospitalier partenaire situé dans la région de Gironde, à proximité de Bergerac, Libourne et Saint-Émilion, un cadre de santé pour renforcer l’équipe d’encadrement. L'établissement comprend un pôle clinique (médecine polyvalente, gériatrique, soins de suite et de réadaptation, unités de soins de longue durée et hébergement renforcé), un pôle médico-technique (imagerie médicale, pharmacie à usage intérieur) et un pôle médico-social (EHPAD, SSIAD, équipe spécialisée Alzheimer). Vous serez responsable de l'organisation, la coordination, l'évaluation et le développement des compétences des agents, tout en garantissant la culture de sécurité et bienveillance, et en participant activement aux projets institutionnels. Vous devez posséder un diplôme de cadre de santé et des compétences en gériatrie et en management. Candidatures à adresser à Mediirect.
