Cadre de santé

Nous recrutons un Cadre de Santé pour un établissement partenaire, dédié à un EHPAD de 120 lits. Ce poste est à pourvoir à temps plein par mutation, détachement ou CDI. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec l'Infirmier Coordonnateur (IDEC) pour assurer la gestion et l'organisation des différentes unités. Vos missions comprendront le management et la coordination des équipes paramédicales, la gestion de l'activité, ainsi que la mise en application des protocoles de qualité et de gestion des risques.
