Le candidat idéal devrait posséder un diplôme de l'école des cadres. **Définition de la fonction :** - Encadrement d’équipes - Gestion d’un service - Organisation de la prise en charge globale du patient **Description des activités :** - Élaboration et suivi du projet de soins - Définition des objectifs du service - Organisation des soins et suivi médical du patient - Gestion des plannings du personnel - Animation des réunions d'équipe - Participation aux divers projets de l’établissement **Qualités requises :** - Diplomatie, sens de l’accueil et de l’organisation, écoute, capacités d'encadrement, disponibilité **Missions :** - Assurer le lien entre personnel médical, soignants et direction - Animer la démarche de certification - Contribuer à la valorisation et mise en œuvre des projets de l’établissement - Participer aux réunions de cadres et commissions Candidatures à adresser à Mediirect.
