Nous recrutons pour un établissement partenaire un Responsable du service Soins en CDI ou par voie de mutation. Vos missions seront d'organiser l'activité du service (planning, projet de soins, projets personnalisés...), de coordonner les moyens du service en veillant à l'efficacité et à la qualité du service offert aux résidents. Vous assurerez également le management d'une équipe d'IDE, AS, ASH et collaborerez avec le médecin coordonnateur, la psychologue et le Directeur ainsi que les autres services.
