**Résumé de l'offre d'emploi :** Un établissement partenaire recherche un Coordonnateur Général des Soins (CGS ou Cadre Supérieur de Santé) à temps plein et disponible immédiatement. Le CGS jouera un rôle essentiel dans l'élaboration et le suivi du projet d'établissement, notamment dans le parcours patient et la politique des soins. Il sera chargé de la coordination, de l'organisation des unités et des activités transversales, et encadrera une équipe d'encadrants soignants. Le CGS soutiendra la réalisation et la mise en œuvre des projets de service, y compris la réhabilitation de l'EHPAD, la création d'un pôle de vie sociale, et le déploiement du pôle expertise.
