Nous recrutons pour un laboratoire partenaire récemment équipé d'un plateau technique polyvalent comprenant des automates de pointe (Abbott, Sysmex, Ortho-vision) et des logiciels spécialisés (INLOG, SCANBAC, BYG-EVM, Sirweb, GESQUAL, URT). Le laboratoire gère environ 19 millions d'analyses par an pour 500 dossiers quotidiens, avec une accréditation de 92%. **Description du poste :** - Validation et interprétation biologique des résultats. - Lecture des frottis sanguins en hématologie. - Réalisation de divers prélèvements (sanguins, artériels, bactério, myco). - Conseil et interprétation en collaboration avec les cliniciens. - Supervision des CQI. - Revue des prescriptions. - Formation des techniciens et des internes. - Participation au système qualité et aux projets du laboratoire. - Permanence des soins (astreinte polyvalente une semaine sur cinq). - Activité de dépôt de sang.
