L'établissement est un centre de proximité offrant un cadre accueillant pour ses patients et collaborateurs. Vos missions incluront la prise en charge globale des patients âgés, la collaboration avec une équipe pluridisciplinaire et la participation à l'amélioration continue des soins. Nous recherchons un candidat ayant une formation en médecine gériatrique ou une expérience en soins de longue durée.
