Missions et responsabilités :

• Fournir des soins infirmiers complets, y compris l'évaluation des besoins des résidents.
• Planifier et mettre en œuvre les soins.
• Assurer le suivi de l'état de santé des résidents.
• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec une équipe multidisciplinaire.

Profil recherché :

• Diplôme d'infirmier(ère) reconnu.
• Expérience en EHPAD ou en gériatrie souhaitée.
• Compétences en communication empathique.
• Engagement à améliorer la qualité de vie des résidents.
