L'Equipe Spécialisée Alzheimer (ESA) d'un établissement partenaire cherche un(e) ergothérapeute ou psychomotricien(ne) pour un poste à temps plein en CDD dans le cadre d'un remplacement de congé maternité. Rattachée à un EHPAD autonome avec une offre variée d'accueil et de services, l'ESA vise à améliorer ou préserver l'autonomie des personnes âgées atteintes de la maladie d'Alzheimer ou similaires. Vous participerez à la conception et à la mise en œuvre de plans individualisés de soins de réhabilitation et à l'identification des relais de prise en charge à la fin des prestations. Profil recherché : dynamique, collaboratif, à l'écoute, ouvert d'esprit et capable de recul. Candidatures à adresser à Mediirect.
